Troubleshoot your app and contact support
Find the right checks for missing products, unsaved designs, links, permissions, media and failed releases.
Start by identifying where the problem happens: App builder, its browser preview, an installed phone app, Shopify checkout or the Publish page. These have different causes. Keep your unsaved edits safe before refreshing an editor.
Design changes are not on the phone
Confirm you edited the correct store, character and page, then Save and reload the editor. Complete any private publication step shown in your workspace. Reopen the phone app to refresh its settings. A changed app icon or other build-only setting needs a new app version; it will not arrive through a design refresh. See preview, save and restore.
Products or prices are wrong
Check the selected collection or menu, product status, publication, country and variant stock in Shopify. Merchant pickers can show items that are not sellable to the current shopper. Use product availability and countries and currencies. Check the final price in Shopify checkout when a discount is involved.
A page, image or video is missing
Check the saved destination and publication state. Custom pages need a reachable link; Journal needs a published article in its selected blog; Clips needs ready, published media. For blurry or cropped artwork, check the original and selected crop using the media guide. Report persistent failures rather than treating an app restart as a permanent fix.
A permission prompt or notification does not appear
Check the phone's notification Settings, your consent choice, the app version and provider setup. A permission already accepted or denied may not prompt again. A saved setting or sent test is not proof of delivery. Use the welcome-flow guide, push tests or local routine reminders for the appropriate path.
Save or Publish failed
Read the visible error and correct the named field or missing access. If another session saved first, reload and compare before overwriting. Check each platform's Publish status separately. Do not repeatedly submit builds or confirm a store release just to clear an error. Publishing explains the statuses and next actions.
Contact support with useful details
Email support@vunda.app with:
- Your Shopify store address and the affected page, product or guide.
- The exact steps, expected result, actual result and time it happened.
- A screenshot or short recording, with customer details hidden.
- For phone problems, iPhone/Android, operating-system and app version, plus whether restarting changes the result.
- For a failed release, the platform and visible error or release reference.
Never send passwords, access tokens, private signing keys or unredacted customer data. Avoid uninstalling as a first troubleshooting step: it can remove local saves, preferences and reminders. Do not disconnect the store or erase customer data to investigate a layout problem.
